At S-Teaching Online, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a booked class. We want to make the process as clear and easy as possible for you, so please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy:
Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel a class, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations must be made through your account on the S-Teaching Online platform.
Refunds: If you cancel a class at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of the class fee. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel a class less than 24 hours before its scheduled start time, we are unable to provide a refund. This is to ensure our teachers can adequately plan their schedules and other students can book available slots.
No Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled class without prior notice of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that sometimes exceptional circumstances may occur that prevent you from providing adequate cancellation notice. In such cases, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, who will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling: If you would like to reschedule a class instead of canceling, you can do so at no additional cost, if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class.
Changes to Scheduled Classes: S-Teaching Online reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the format of any class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to either attend the rescheduled class or receive a full refund.
